Opening Hours

Monday - Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: Closed

 

Seasonal Opening Hours: 

From Saturday 4th Dec 2021 - Friday 31st Dec 2021:

Monday - Sunday: 9am - 5pm

 

Christmas and New Year Opening Hours: 

Christmas Eve: Closed 

Christmas Day: Closed 

Boxing Day: Closed 

Monday 27th December: 10am - 4pm 

Tuesday 28th December: 10am - 4pm 

New Years Day: Closed 

Sunday 2nd January: Closed 

Monday 3rd January: 10am - 4pm 

 

PLEASE NOTE: ANY ORDERS PLACED AFTER 14/12 WILL NOT ARRIVE BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Unfortunately, due to how busy this season has been, we can no longer guarantee your order will be delivered by Christmas but we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Earlier shipments may still be available at our partner stores. 

Currently, processing and dispatch time can take to up to 10 days and we are currently unable to offer next working day delivery at this time.

We have extended our returns policy for the gifting season. All orders placed after the 4th of October 2021 will be eligible for a refund until the 16th of January 2022.

 

Delivery Exceptions

Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands include a two day delivery period as standard.

Please allow time for delivery if this is required for a specific date.

Next day delivery is not possible in these areas.

 

Sale

Not all style colours are included in the sale. When you select a colour and size the correct price will appear. 

Please note that during busy sale periods all orders are despatched in grey poly bags – no cardboard boxes are used at this time.

 

Tracking your order

All of our orders are despatched with the courier DPD you can track the progress of your delivery by visiting the DPD website or visit the Track your order page of the website.

 

Packaging

Items purchased online are wrapped in Barbour tissue paper and placed in our signature green Barbour boxes. Small items purchased by themselves are not packaged in green Barbour boxes due to size. Items purchased are packed altogether.

Please note that during busy sale periods all orders are despatched in grey poly bags – no cardboard boxes are used at this time.

Dog beds and similar oversized items are packaged in cardboard to ensure they are shipped securely.
